Adminitrator Login

Login using your Username and Password. After login, you are on administrator Homepage.

Member Registration

Click on Quick Entry to register some students in the desired group. More Groups and filters can be added. Properties of fields can be changed by user.

Passwords can be automatically SMSed or emailed to respective candidates.

Define Test

Goto Online Test > Define Test panel. Enter Test Name, Test Number, Duration, No of Questions and select Student Group for this test.

Also select start date & end date and times. This test will only be possible to start between this period. Test instructions and solution sheet can also be uploaded.

Upload Questions & Enter Answer Key

Questions can be uploaded automatically from Question Paper generator Software. Otherwise a similar word file can be created manually and uploaded. If Questions also contatin the correct Answerkey feeded in the last column of input file, then Answerkey gets uploaded automatically.

Otherwise enter correct Answer manually. Subject, Topic and type of question display can be allocated to each question which would be helpful in getting detailed topicwise analysis reports. New Subjects. Topics, Question Types, Marking schemes can be created using given links.

Now Test is ready for students.

View Results

After students have given test or time range is over, test result gets compiled.

If you want to combine Offline OMR Test Results with Online Test results, press import OMR Result and then compile.

Various types of group merit lists and individual analysis can be seen from this panel.

Online Test Operation for Candidates

Register on Website

Non-member candidates can register online for Online Test from your website. They will receive a confirmation email. Passwords can be automatically SMSed or emailed to respective candidates.

Login - Dashboard

Login using your Username and Password. After login, candidate is on Homepage. All such tests that belong to that perticular group are listed on the student dashboard. Here all new and completed test are visible. New test can be started while complete test can only be viewed result.

Test Panel

After starting a new test, the panel looks like this. Test instructions are visible. Test & timer start on pressing start button. Any question can be attempted out of sequence as per choice.

Timer stops in case of breakage of connectivity faliure or accidental logout and restarts when test is restarted.

Instant Result

Online Test Results can be seen immediately after the test is over.Press Save button on View Result Panel to finally compile results.
