|Part 1 - Introduction to Main Interface||Part 3 - Create Blue Print: Define Test Paper||Part 4 - Generate Question Paper Output|
The question paper generator software follows four steps in building the question bank and generating the software. Generating the question bank comes as the second stage. With the questions already present in the question bank, paper generation becomes easy. You do not have to spend lots of time entering the questions manually and then getting the printouts each time. Instead, the question paper is generated within a few minutes.
The Question Bank Content is stored in a simple MS Word (DOC) file. We call it a Question Resource file (QR file).
Each question bears a Unique ID which is allocated automatically by the system. Question Bank Software only stores references to this unique question IDs and the corresponding property tags.
There can be several QR (Word) files in a question bank. You can make Chapter wise or Topic wise or QR files. You can even make several QR files for a Chapter or Topic depending upon the number of questions available and the convenience of handling large files.
A QR file can contain as many questions as you need. There is no limit to the number of questions that can be stored in the Question Bank.
Question Bank Software offers ease and independence of working because the task of feeding the questions in a QR file can be carried out even in the absence of Question generator software because it is a simple DOC file.
Thus Question Bank can also be prepared and used in absence of this Question Paper Generator software by simply cut & paste of questions from existing test papers. You can edit/delete questions any time.
