Designing OMR answer sheets is no longer a tedious process. With the Addmen OMR software, you can design flawless OMR answer sheets and that too within no time. If you do not have time to design the sheets or to learn how to do it, the sample OMR sheets can come to your rescue. Here we have provided a 150 question OMR sheet sample that can be downloaded for practice or for taking test in educational institutions.
The 150 questions are divided into six columns.
Each column has a set of five questions grouped together. This way, every column has 25 questions, each with four option bubbles per question.
There is space for writing the roll no. and test ID and also for filling them in the OMR format.
Students and invigilators have to sign the OMR sheet in the places provided for this purpose.
There are instructions for filling the sheets which the students have to read carefully and follow too during the examination.
