Benefits of Pilot Plan: As Online Test is a relatively new concept and all Institute want to gear up to the next level of testing, so all institutes want to provide Online Test facility on their website. But you do not know how much response you will get as online registrations. Response might be good, it might not be that good. So to avoid the risk of subscribing to Online Payment Gateways and investing too much amount in server-Internet-Bandwidth-Static IP and creating Online Test Lab infrastructure, we present a rental based pilot plan. Once you have settled the process then you can choose to buy the product and run from your own server or you can continue to use it on rental basis. 3 easy steps to start Online Test on your WebsiteSTEP 1 > Just add a link to your website. You can add a link to your website homepage as "Online Test", and connect this easy Online Test Software to your website. When the candidate clicks on this link, he is taken to the Login page of the Online Test Server. If you are taking the Online Test of only the students who are already enrolled in your institute, then a "Login Box" can be added to your webpage from where the candidates can directly login using their Username & Password and start taking Online Test. But if you want to register external students also for Online Test from your website, then add the software's "Demo Registration Interface" to your website. This will allow a new visitor to register for Online Test and take a Demo Test. STEP 2 > Make a Online Test Paper in Word file format. You can make your own tests either by manually typing selected questions or by using Question Paper Generator Software for automatic input i.e. question content is your own. STEP 3 > Login and create a Online Test We create a seperate administrator account for you. The administrator can login from the same "Login Box" where the student logs in, but the administrator will see a different panel inside from where he can do the following steps :

Adminitrator Login Login using your Username and Password. After login, you are on administrator Homepage.
Click on Quick Entry to register some students in the desired group. More Groups and filters can be added. Properties of fields can be changed by user. Passwords can be automatically SMSed or emailed to respective candidates.
Goto Online Test > Define Test panel. Enter Test Name, Test Number, Duration, No of Questions and select Student Group for this test. Also select start date & end date and times. This test will only be possible to start between this period. Test instructions and solution sheet can also be uploaded.
Questions can be uploaded automatically from Question Paper generator Software. Otherwise a similar word file can be created manually and uploaded. If Questions also contatin the correct Answerkey feeded in the last column of input file, then Answerkey gets uploaded automatically.
Now Test is ready for students.
After students have given test or time range is over, test result gets compiled. If you want to combine Offline OMR Test Results with Online Test results, press import OMR Result and then compile. Various types of group merit lists and individual analysis can be seen from this panel. |

Register on Website Non-member candidates can register online for Online Test from your website. They will receive a confirmation email. Passwords can be automatically SMSed or emailed to respective candidates.
Login using your Username and Password. After login, candidate is on Homepage. All such tests that belong to that perticular group are listed on the student dashboard. Here all new and completed test are visible. New test can be started while complete test can only be viewed result.
After starting a new test, the panel looks like this. Test instructions are visible. Test & timer start on pressing start button. Any question can be attempted out of sequence as per choice. Timer stops in case of breakage of connectivity faliure or accidental logout and restarts when test is restarted.
Online Test Results can be seen immediately after the test is over.Press Save button on View Result Panel to finally compile results. Result Analysis & Charts Various types of group merit lists and individual analysis can be seen from this panel.
