Ballot Template

We all know elections and polls have been automated to a considerable extent these days, to facilitate which OMR ballot papers are used. These contain index points on all four corners of the sheet and bubbles/circles or checkboxes for marking the votes. OMR ballot papers are designed considering specific parameters, so they can be read using the Addmen OMR software.

Voter's responses from the ballot papers are picked up by the OMR software; but before that, the papers are passed through a regular flatbed or an ADF image scanner. The OMR software takes approximately one second to read upto four sheets on a well-configured PC. Votes collected are counted automatically to provide instant results that you can export in Excel, PDF, and Access formats.

Given below is a ballot template for your reference. The sheets can contain different sections for different positions, like President, Vice-president, Secretary etc; which makes it possible to conduct elections for multiple positions, at once. Ballot papers can be printed in black & white or in 2-colors, where black is used in combination with pink, orange, or water blue colors.
