The Addmen OMR software possesses a great tool to design OMR sheets. The sheet designing software is integrated with the OMR answer sheet checker and OMR form reader software. Several of our clients have been using this software to design sheets as per their requirements. Here, we have provided an OMR sheet that was used as a test sheet for SSC examination. Here are the specifications of this sheet:
- The test sheet provided here is a coloured sheet. Moreover, it is also multi-lingual. Both English and Hindi have been used in this sheet.
- The sheet begins with an instruction where the students are warned that any mistake in coding would result in the student receiving zero marks.
- The student has to write his/her name, followed by roll no. This is followed by blocks for VH, test form no., ticket no. And roll no. in OMR form.
- This is followed by the rows for answer options. There are 200 questions in total which are divided into five rows (each has 40 questions).
- Each question has four options – ABCD. Every OMR bubble has text written inside it to make sure that the student does not get confused.
- The students are instructed to fill the sheet by using blue or black coloured ball point pen.
- At the bottom of the page, there is another instruction that states that a wrong answer would cost the student 0.25 marks.
