The 100 question OMR sheet sample designed by Addmen is provided here.
This sheet is divided into five columns and five questions are grouped together
Every question has four options, namely ABCD.
Students have to mark either one or two options as per the instructions provided on the question paper.
Some instructions are provided at the top right side of the answer sheet that have to be read by the students before they start filling the sheet.
The OMR answer sheet is a special type of paper as it is not checked manually but by using the OMR software. As it is read by the OMR sheet checker software, it is important that certain rules are followed while filling the sheets to ensure that the software provides accurate results.
Students have to use either blue or black ball point pen for filling the bubbles. Pencil should not be used for this purpose.
The OMR answer bubbles should be shaded completely. It should not be filled partially or by using a tick mark or cross sign. The software may not be able to read such signs.
The OMR sheet should be handled with care. There should be no cuts, folds or tears anywhere on the sheet.
Students should make sure that there are no stray marks anywhere on the sheet (especially on or near the index points), except on the bubbles.
